Trains at Manchester Piccadilly Station - 01/05/2026 Incl: 'INTERCTY' HST

Hello everyone, MT here with the usual trainspotting action! An brilliant sunny hour of trainspotting at Manchester Piccadilly railway station, sole purpose was to capture the Newly refurbished ‘INTERCITY 125 Swallow’ HST doing the North-South Connection tour to Reading (the first of its rail tours celebrating the train’s 50th anniversary). Other sights that I got treated to were a couple of Freights, one of TfW Mk4 sets and the PRIDE livery Pendolino. Apart from that, there was the usual traffic coming in and out of the station; all this was done between 10am & 10:50am. Hope you all enjoy this!
