Memories of Glasgow Central

Channel: John K Wells
Player
Description
At the end of the last century, Britain's railways were still very much in flux. Privitisation had created a new landscpe of train-operaters and franchises running services up and down the country. Shown here in 1999, Glasgow Central station reflects this new and fragmented world with old and new stock in evidence on a bright and sunny morning north of the border.
