These clips were taken on the 8th December 1990, during some of the heaviest snowfalls of that winter. They are taken from one of the many tapes given to me by my late friend, Rowland Pittard, prior to his death in the summer. They're recorded on VHS tape and dates are given but alas no credit to the cameraman. Any further information would be appreciated. Mike Wilcock, December 2020.
