Description
Classes 37, 47, 56 and 60s. All these images captured in a couple of days. This was before the closure of Aberthaw Power Station and the run down of Llanwern Steel Woks. Never to be seen again; iron ore movements. At the time the heaviest train in the UK, numerous coal trains on the Vale line serving Aberthaw Power Station. At least " I was there" to record these images, thanks to mid-week days off !
