Description
Newport, one of the busiest stations in S/Wales, and we're there to catch the "Mangers Train" in its dedicated livery and class 67. Also at the entrance to Newport Docks a class 37 departs after the passing of an 08 on shunting duties. Back to the road bridge west of the station we have a good view of the busy stabling point, with 60/66 and continuous movements. This has now been converted into a much larger car park. At least "I was there" in the busier times with freight.
