Recorded at Miskin with 37s on iron ore from Port Talbot to Llanwern, next to Aberthaw with 37s again on coal to/from the Power Station ( now closed) Next we're up at Crewe, at the time 71000 was in cold storage plus a couple of European locos. Across to Blackburn, a large station at the time, to catch 35078 and a class 31 support loco on their way through Bolton to Chester with an unknown railtour. Next Wigan with 2 x 2 20s on coal movements, adjacent to the busy mainline, before going across to Hellifield and Settle Junction with 47449, 47456 and 31413 amongst others
I didn't note all their numbers.. Finally, as the rain continues, clips are at Ribblehead for 47s crossing the viaduct ( taken from the car due to heavy rain) I feel these VHS tapes are much improved since I now use a new VHS player.
