Day out on the Merseyrail Network on a Day Saver Ticket at a bargain price at £5.95
All access including Wirral & Northern lines
Started off at Hooton at the cheap parking fee of a £1 for all day, then headed into the centre of Liverpool on the Wirral line, changed over at Moorfields on the Northern line then Headed up to Sandhills and got off at Kirkdale. A new 777unit arrived so we headed back to Sandhills we’re we got off to head up to Southport. From Southport we headed back to Sandhills we’re we headed to Ormskirk, back to Kirkdale then changed over to head to Kirby. Travelled on a new 777 unit to Liverpool Central and changed lines to head over to Bidston. Back to Moorfields then back to Hooton.
Something abit different today
Travelling on the old 507 & 508 units and the new 777 units. Must say the view out of the XL windows are great (On the over ground of course) !!!
