I hadn't been to Walsall for a couple of years, so on seeing that 37706 was running from Carnforth to Tyseley, I thought I would have a couple of hours out (and a ride on a train now the kids are back at school and it's safe to venture out again) to see it.
However, as you'll see from the video, Walsall is now very overgrown (I understand it's better in the winter when everything dies down..), so not the greatest of shots...however I managed to see a few freight trains in the time I was there, so all was not lost
