Despite the temporary steam restrictions introduced because of the hot, dry weather and increased lineside fire risk, LMS Stanier Mogul No. 13268 and GWR Saddle Tank No. 813 remained in operation on this Severn Valley Railway Timetable C service day, while heritage diesels also helped keep the railway running.
Filmed at Kidderminster Town Station, this video features a fantastic mix of steam and diesel action throughout the morning.
