37676 & 37516 at Bamfurlong - 26th August 2022
The class 37s were working a railtour positioning move from Carnforth to Crewe for what I think a turn on the diesal leg of "The Cumbrian Mountain Express" doing the Crewe to Carnforth via Manchester legs before a steam takes over to Carlisle
The train was running around 40 early here having not waited for long in Preston thankfully.
The official working today 5Z69 1209 Carnforth Steamtown to Crewe Gresty Lane Recp.
