The class 40/47 combination were working a Carnforth to Burton stock move in preparation for The Golden Anniversary (Pathfinder Tours) from Burton to Weymouth on Saturday 10th June 2023. I believe the stock may come back on Sunday.. The class 40 belongs to the Class 40 Preservation Society.
