34067 Tangmere at Bamfurlong - 17th November 2022
The magnificent steam locomotive was working a loco move with a pair of coaches from Carnforth down south to Southall. She is owned by West Coast Railways and moving between bases here. Unsure if she's on any tours.
She was running 33 early here having not stopped at Preston or Balshaw Lane. The weather was dreadful but the kettle put on a fine performance here really smoking up her surroundings. I have left the final 10 seconds of the video highlights this. I am glad to finally catch her. Delighted with my first shot.
For anyone at Wigan station looks like they'd be bowled by 66730 on the northbound containers.
