66004 Climate Hero Livery at Bamfurlong - 29th December 2022
The unveiling on 29 July was made at the same time as the announcement of a new flow of Toyota cars from the Midlands to France and Czechia starting next year, with imported vehicles arriving on the return leg. Hydro-treated vegetable oil fuel is claimed to reduce carbon emissions by up to 90% compared with conventional diesel.
Today we see her heading south along the west coast main line and through Bamfurlong on the late morning of Thursday 29th December 2022. Working via the slow lines as typically Avanti had a late runner. She was working the usual bin liner train from Knowsley to Wilton. Glad to finally grab a shot of this.
