In todays video we have 86259 "Peter Pan / Les Ross" crawling north along the west coast main line at Bamfurlong on a very dull morning of Saturday 26th June 2021 whilst working the Cumbrian Mountain Express special from London Euston to Carlisle. As you can see she looks superb in British Railways "Electric Blue". We see the train slowly heading north on a caution signal with "6M90" the cement train just infront and with a late running Blackpool train infront leaving Wigan North Western this gave me a very rare chance of admiring the locomotive for longer than 3 seconds as shes usually at line speed flying through here.
