In todays video we have LMS 4-6-0 46100 "Royal Scot" heads north through Bamfurlong on the morning of Wednesday 14th July 2021. The steam train was working the outbund leg of "The Fellsman" railtour from Crewe to Carlisle via the famous Settle & Carlisle line. . The steam locomotive wasnt going to fast here as she was to be held at Springs Branch for a passanger service to overtake which luckily cleared here with a minuite ish to spare.


The train passed here on a very bright morning which I think came out quite well in the end. It was also a nice change to see "Royal Scot" again having had Branton oass through numerous times in 2021.
