46115 Scots Guardsman at Bryn - The Cumbrian Mountain Express - 17th July 2021
The weather was preety much perfect with the morning sunshine blasting through making the 0500 wakeup call very worth while. The train passed through at 0718, a minuite down. Things werent as panicked as it could of been with a late Trans Pennine service passing by minuites later. Steam tours along this line are very rare with just one maybe 2 a year booked which is far better than it used to be.
Linked here is another shot of a steam train working another "Cumbrian Mountain Express" in 2019 with "6201 Princess Elizabert" doing the honours that day.
