60002 at Bamfurlong - 24th October 2022
The class 60 was hauling a rake of stone wagons down from the Ribblehead Quarry to Tuebrook near Edge Hill Liverpool. The end destination will be Ashton which the train passes in a mile or so further.
The train was running around 11 late here having been trapped at the Lostock/Farrington junction area for lots of late running trains. The delay worked in my favour as she was booked via the slows.
