87002 & 90002 Bowled By 66733 & 66305 at Bamfurlong - 13th December 2022
Northbound we have the classics, Locomotive Services Limited 87002 "Royal Sovereign leading 90002 "Wolf of Badenoch” along the slow lines working an early running light engine move from Crewe to Carlisle with the locos going south tomorrow again I believe. She'd get sent via platform 6 at Wigan. 70805 on the Preston tanks was incredibly slow moving and a passenger train caused it.
GBRF and a late running double headed container train decided to play the perfect Yorker in my direction to scupper a decent looking shot. A cricket reference. They were hammering it south trying to make up lost time with the Mossend to Rugby liner running 10 late and the LSL job running 15 early.
The official working today 87002 + 90002 - 0Z90 Crewe Sig. Ce551 to Carlisle
66733 + 66305 - 4Z58 Mossend Euroterminal Gbrf to Rugby Udt Signal Rn4184
