New Train Avanti West Coast 807002 at Bamfurlong - 15th April 2024
The class 807 was working a positioning move from Merchant Park Sidings at Newton Aycliffe close to Darlington all the across and down to Oxley Depot near Wolverhampton.
Driven by GBRF she would have to run to Edinburgh and reverse there to head all the way down to the Midlands via the wcml running 35 early thanks to running through some patching stops.
These units are set to enter service later in the year to work Liverpool to London services at 2 per hour predominantly. These will also enter service alongside the sister biomode class 805s which may enter service in June.
