47826 & 57601 at Bamfurlong - 19th November 2024
The class 47 was leading "Chester Christmas Markets Special" from Carlisle to Chester with 57601 at the rear. The tour left Carlisle around 10 minutes late then picked up most of the 53 minutes at Hellifield and Clitheroe.
We've had a light dusting of snow overnight here which was melting away steadily. Snow , ice and the freezing cold I absolute hate.
