My Sunday evening was spent on the seawall near to kennaway tunnel watching the Royal Duchy pass,sadly powered by a class 47 Diesel locomotive , instead of steam,this is due to the fire restrictions on mainline at the moment,hopefully these tinder dry conditions will soon be over with some welcome rain. My normal early view at the warren started my day in which the Blue Pullman HST arrived in the county on the English Riviera express. I do love visiting Cockwood and standing out in the Exe Estuary,it certainly is a most beautiful place,especially for its wildlife and stunning views.
