70817 & 70805 at Bamfurlong 24th October 2020

A pair of Class 70 locomotives, numbered 70805 and 70817, are seen operating an engineers train passing through Bamfurlong on the evening of 24 October 2020. The train was operated by Colas Rail Freight and carried ballast to Whiston via a reversal at Huyton. The service was delayed to allow another freight movement to cross onto the slows and wait near Golborne. The footage captures the train moving slowly through the area.
