In today's video we have 47848 & 47245 head north through a very dull Bamfurlong on the morning of Tuesday 14th September 2021.The two Class 47s were working the diesel hauled portion of "The Dalesman" railtour from Chester to Carlisle and were booked to come off at Hellifield to make way for a steamer as normal with the pair running pretty much ontime here with a short distance to Wigan with another pickup to do the train takes ages to arrive in view.
