47593 & 47501 Passes Bamfurlong - 19th July 2022
The class 47s were hauling a private charter which is probably the chairman's once again that's been to many destinations recently. The train started last night in Dumfries in Scotland only a short distance from the Anglo/Scottish border, The train would head via the Settle & Carlisle line to Hellafield before overnighting it there and passing by me at 8am. The train would carry on down to London with 47593 being removed at Crewe for 90002.
