66077 at Wigan - 05th February 2024
The class 66 was hauling the Hardendale to Margam limestone train running slightly early and gradually slowing to get dumped via the slow lines.
I have heard this job will end soon as DB lose out on so many contracts. Information I read about a while ago now.
DB last run with 6K27 was on 14th March 24. And DBs contract ended mid April. 6K27/6C18 is now under Freightliner.
That means when 6V71 ceases to run later in year, there will just the 4S38 Seaforth to Mossend and return job and the Knowsley binliner regular DB 66 work through Wigan
