43058 & 43059 Passes Bamfurlong - 21st March 2025
The 43s were working the opening day of "Winter Highland Pullman" from Swansea in south Wales all the way north to Fort William. With a long run up via Shrewsbury and WCML from Crewe. A posh train is a perfect way to do it. The train was running 2 late here but would certainly make it up.

A Class 43 diesel electric locomotive, numbered 43058, and another of the same class, numbered 43059, are seen operating a special service carrying the Blue Midland Pullman HST set along the West Coast Main Line. The footage captures the train passing through Bamfurlong on its journey from Swansea to Fort William as part of the "Winter Highland Pullman" railtour. The service was running two minutes late at that point in the route.
