The steam locomotive was hailing the northbound leg of âThe Fellsmanâ Railtour from Crewe to Carlisle with the steam doing Chester to Carlisle sections and 57311 on the Crewe to Chester and return duty. 57311 and ex DRS loco is wearing I believe an LSG Black livery.
The popular âFellsmanâ running for its 16th season offering in 2024 a return steam hauled journey on the spectacular "Settle to Carlisle Railway".
