Description
Rail Adventure Group Class 43 epic four locomotive convoy is seen heading south along the west coast main line and through Wigan North Western on the very cold and dark evening of Thursday 13th February 2025.

The class 43s were seen dragging a Class 769 biomode flexity unit 769002 from Eastriggs in Scotland south to Crewe and we're running a few minutes late here after multiple pathing stops.

Something I did read about this working is that the front 2 power cars hauling and the vans and the rear power cars were for brake force. The vehicles are owned by Meridian Generic Rail and they have four, which are ex-Motorail vans originally converted for FGW.

Numbers are
96602 EVN: 96 70 0096 602-8 GB-MGRL "Henry"
96607 EVN: 96 70 0096 607-7 GB-MGRL "Philip

The class 43s and barrier coaches ran north the previous day which I managed to catch. Video linked here.
