In today's video we have a very rare treat and a first-ever for me. A real classic locomotive British Rail Blue Class 40 - 40145/D345 making a steady pass north though Bamfurlong on the morning of Thursday 10th September 2020. The class 40 was heading for Appleby in preparation to work the final day's excursion train on the S&C. Known as "The Staycation Express". These have been a great filler for tours during the 2020 COVID 19 outbreak.
