Rail Adventure 43465 & 43484 Haul The Railvac - 12th March 2024
In April 2021 the company bought existing UK TOC Hanson & Hall Rail Services, subsequently renamed RailAdventure UK Ltd. As well as taking over the existing fleet of a Class 31 and a Class 50, the company purchased eight Class 43 power cars from Angel Trains, six for dual-car operational use, and two for spare parts. It has been involved in hauling the Class 777, Class 555 and Class 802 rolling stock to the Eurotunnel Calais Terminal on their delivery runs.
Class 43 on a freight type run certainly makes for a very weird but cool sight. A livery hard to describe too.

Two Class 43 power cars, numbered 43465 and 43484, were observed heading north along the West Coast Main Line and through Springs Branch near Wigan on a freight-type run. The vehicles were transporting a Railvac machine from Crewe to Bo'ness. The operator involved was RailAdventure UK Ltd, which acquired the Class 43s from Angel Trains. The footage captures an unusual sight of these power cars in operation, with details about their use and history provided in the video description.
