57010 & 57009 With 47812 at Springs Branch - 24th February 2025
The locomotive trip were hauling the old parcel van wagons from the Nemasis Rail sight at Burton On Trent north to Carnforth where off memory slot of similar rotting stock sits to this day.
The locomotive trio were running in fine form around 9 early here too on the approach to Springs Branch Junction.
Apparently these coaches were part of the riviera fleet used for storing spares. They were moved to Burton from Crewe in 2015 when Nemesis started responsibility for the Riviera fleet and are now moving to WCR as they still contain spare parts for the fleet that WCR bought from Riviera.
