Britain's Royal Train Passes Bamfurlong - 09th June 2025
Hauled by Royal skip class 67 locomotives 67006 In front with 67005 in the sublime black livery.
King Charles III was in Lancaster this morning before apparently heading to Waddington for lunch , train going to Clitheroe from Preston. Carnforth was used for shunting and Preston for servicing reasons. I missed the northbound job which probably rain from London in the early morning.
The royal train is a cool thing to see but very challenging to catch without messages from friends or posts from enthusiasts posting it. No official tracking schedule are given for obvious security reasons. 1Z53 the train was running as here from we believe Clitheroe back south id guess to London Euston.
Passing me here just before 6pm
Last I seen it was November 2021 only today being my I think 4th catch it the train.
