Two Trains 66053 and 47826 Drags 47270 Through Wigan - 05th April 2023
First up we have DB Red 66053 accelerating south and out of Wigan Wallgate station whilst working the usual Knowsley to Wilton binliner train filled with household waste running 5 late.
Second up we have very early running West Coast Railways liveried 47826 dragging BR Blue classmate 47270 light engine move from Carnforth to Burton On Trent.
The binliner was let out and slowly onto the mainline as expected with the 47s coming to a stop just outside the station.
My thinking behind my camera position was the bins may of got held or put via the slows for the 47s to rush by.
