Trains at York Station Throughout July 2026
A few things to look out in this film, including two Steam tours with the first one being 'The Tynesider' with 86259 'Les Ross' being swapped with 34067 'Tangmere', and we also had 34028 'Eddystone' turn up with 'The White Rose' tour from London Kings Cross. I was aware that 7029 āClun Castleā was going up to Scarborough but I wasnāt able to see it due to work.
There was also a couple of HSTs turning up, including the 125 Group set which worked a railtour to Carlisle which I went on, and two appearances of the Full Yellow New Measurement Train.
I've also been able to capture plenty of LNER InterCity 225s on the Newcastle diagrams, including celebrity locomotives 91111 'For the Fallen' and 91110 'Battle of Britain Memorial Flight' which has finally returned to service after failing a few months ago, all mixed in with the usual mix of passenger and freight trains.
