The Midland Pullman at Bamfurlong - 11th May 2021

In todays video we have 2 shots of the Midland Pullman HST set seen heading twice though Bamfurlong on the west coast main line near Wigan filmed across 2 separate days. First up we have 43046 & 43055 lead the Midland Pullman HST set south through Bamfurlong on the afternoon of Monday 10th May 2021. The train was returning to Crewe following a crew training run up to Carlisle earlier in the day. It was the first time the train had been through since it was painted in Midland Pullman livery, It was also my first time seeing the InterCity-125 in its new colour scheme. For me personally it looks ok but i much prefer an Intercity Swallow or BR Large Logo blue livery. In the second shot we se 43055 take her turn to lead the train north on a late running northbound pass of Bamfurlong filmed on Tuesday 11th May 2021. The train was running 25 minutes late and was only 40 seconds or so after a pair of Avanti 221 voyagers ran a London express service.

In the second clip you may notice some dates/numbers at top of screen this was pure accidental as my SD card and computer decided to nearly corrupt and rest the device. Dozy of me for not re fixing the settings.
