In todays video we have 90002 leading with 47805 trailing heads south along the West Coast Main Line through Bamfurlong on Saturday 10th July 2021. The electric locomotive was woking the Saphos Trains "Lakelander" railtour from Rugby to Carlisle seen here on the return leg running through Bamfurlong slightly late at 9pm ish. The tour was steam operated heading outbound from Crewe with SR West Country class 34046 Braunton doing the honours. The class 90 paired with the class 47 would do the final homeward bound leg back to Rugby. The class 90 was flying through here sounding very nice. In the second and final shot we do see Braunton herself heading home to Crewe having been detached from the tour at Preston and was allowed to run 20 minuites early which meant only a short 10 minuite wait between shot. Very unlike Preston.
