Trains at: Selhurst, BML, 20/06/26
The line through Selhurst was opened by the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway in 1862, but the station wasn't opened until 1865.
When it was first opened it was purely double track, but in 1903 the line was quad tracked to cope with the growing demand in passengers.
The line was electrified in 1912.
