34046 Braunton Takes The Chairman's Train North at Springs Branch | 10th July 2026
The steam locomotive was working "The Chairman's Train" from Crewe to Hellifield running via Blackburn and Clitheroe. Class 142 pacer 142003 would work the train onwards to Carlisle. British Rail Blue 50050/D400 "Fearless" also in tandem working hard here needed to help prevent fire risk.
The weather is far too hot for myself to cope well. The crew onboard full respect a hard job imagine it's tougher in this weather
