Caledonian Sleeper at Bamfurlong - 14th August 2021
The class 92 was shifting here trying hard to get down to London having had major problems in the Edinburgh area while running the Inverness to Edinburgh leg held near Linlithgow for a few hours. Joining the trains together at Waverley is a simple job but even worse news was I believe a person jumped onto the roof at Waverley station so the OHLE etc had to be switched of crating a 90 minuite sit in Scotland. This train passed me just south of Wigan at 0952 ish so that's 305 minuites or 5 hours 5 late which is probably the worst I have have seen to date.
The train then encountered yet more problems at Watford Junction were the nightmare service was caped due to trespass further south so never made it to its destination.
I adore the class 92 locomotives and seeing 92033 at the helm here was a real pleasure for me. I hope you enjoy the video and please hit subscribe and hit the bell so you don't miss any future uploads.
