37418 at Bamfurlong - 06th January 2025
The class 37 locomotive was working a light engine move from Carnforth to Derby via Crewe and Stoke. Running around 9 in fine form.
Loram have agreed with 37418’s owner for a continuous permanent lease until at least Spring 2026 which started in February 2024.
To celebrate the agreement, Loram UK completed corrosion repairs to the locomotive and also out-shopped the locomotive in a new Loram livery which looks rather nice.
Unsure who actually owns the loco currently maybe Colas. 37418 often spends it's time hailing inspection saloon coach "Caroline" across the network. I have linked a video of that below.
