Growing up I used to greatly enjoy watching HSTs, first in the Midland Mainline livery and then EMR, going up and down in Flitwick station. It was therefore greatly nostalgic to catch the Midland Pullman HST, the first I have seen in Flitwick since 2018, against a cool summer sunset gliding down the slow line complemented by the full variety of the 2026 Midland Mainline including 810s, 360s and 222s.
