Very close timings as I arrived at Crewe 3 minutes before departure of the class 89 thanks to many delays and even a cancellation. 89001 left Crewe with no issues but only made it 30 minutes up the line before it occurred a problem. 90001 was sent out on 1Z99 to rescue the stranded class 89 where it then hauled it to Carlisle. I also rode onboard my first TFW class 67 MK4 set as I went over to Shrewsbury to catch a pair of class 97 on the Britannic Explorer. Finally I was able to grab a shot of Crewe H.S alongside other footage in this video of shunting action in the yard.
