Steam Special or diesel extravaganza? 60532 Blue Peter, 2 x 20s & 2x 47s! 4/7/26
We see the train after it splits at Farrington with the steam and 2 x 20s heading back to Crewe then with the main tour following heading south to Nottingham.
The trip over the S&C had had the A2, 2 x 20s and a 47 in tow. All in all 4 diesels and 1 steam loco for one tour. Fire risk apparently. Indeed!
