West Coast Railways class 47 diesel locomotive No. 47826 was the loco at the rear of the train.
In this video we see the train arrive more or less on time before dispatching a few passengers and then departing to its destination of Morpeth about 15 miles north of Newcastle.

A train operated by West Coast Railways was captured at Newcastle Central Station, arriving on time and departing for Morpeth. The service, part of 'The Tynesider' rail tour, was hauled by SR Bulleid Pacific No. 34067 'Tangmere' with Class 47 diesel locomotive No. 47826 at the rear. The journey was en route from London Kings Cross to Morpeth. The video shows passengers boarding and departing before the train continues its northbound trip.
