Description
Riding the Staycation Express.
A trip on the loco hauled train running between Skipton & Appleby operated by Rail Charter Services.
Starting at a camp site near Skipton we enjoy a walk along the Leeds & Liverpool Canal to Skipton Station.
We enjoy a trip to Appleby traveling behind 48593 Galloway Princes & D6817. In Appleby we see the site of the town's other station, walk by the River Eden and see the parish church.
