Welcome to the 2026 Birthday Trip.
This year, I decided to do the rail version of a previously available pure bus link.
Before March 2011, the journey from Lincoln to Mansfield could be done by bus, but now there's a severely reduced connection, despite Lincoln operating the 28/29 to and from Mansfield.

So I turned this trip into a Robin Hood Rounder, we enter via Nottingham and return via Worksop.

Due to tram disruption within Nottingham due to a recent fire, our Nottingham to Bulwell section was joined by a school trip on their return to base.
I have kept the students out of this video as much as possible.
