Double Up Sunday - Class 37s at G.W.R - Sunday 6th August, 2023

Description
On Sunday 6th August, we travelled up to the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway to attend a 'Double-Up Sunday' event that was happening, which featured the railway's home fleet Class 37s (37215 & D6948) running together, both top and tailed and double-headed.

While we didn't film much as we were focused on riding the train up and down the line, we did enjoy a really nice day on probably our most favourite first generation diesel class on the rails. Class 37s are absolute beasts.

We don't know the area enough to find suitable filming spots along the railway, but we do hope to find some on the next time we go to the G.W.R.

Steam locomotive 78019 was also running a secondary train, which we only filmed one shot of throughout the whole day.
