87002 Royal Sovereign & 86259 Les Ross in action on the West Coast Main Line on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th February 2022.
87002 and 82139 with a full Intercity Mark 3 set was working The Clansman for Locomotive Services from Euston Euston to Inverness and return. Out Saturday, and return Sunday with the Class 87 working as far as Mossend where two 47593 and 47614 took the train to Inverness.
86259 Les Ross was working The Railway Touring Company's "Cumbrian Mountain Express from London Euston to Carlisle and return. 86259 worked the London Euston to Carnforth and Preston to London Euston legs with Jubilee 45699 Galatea running as 45627 Sierra Leone working the steam legs of the tour.
Locations include London Euston, Crewe Heritage Centre, Carnforth, Preston, Watford Junction, Wembley Central, Harrow & Wealdstone and South Kenton.
