The first visit to the station lead me to believe that it was going to be a rough sea after the early morning rain and wind,but on my return visit,it was the polar opposite. The sun came out ,making it a very warm,mild autumn day and you’d have thought it was more like late spring,than early autumn. I walk down the seawall ,returning to a past historical railway event with the greatly missed HST,before visiting the station waiting room,which in my eyes is one of the best in the southwest
