After a fairly long drive West, the day before, I reached the picturesque County of Cornwall.
My main objective was to film the Bodmin & Wenford's Diesel Gala scheduled for the coming weekend, so I called into Parkway station for a sneak preview. In this video I feature what generally runs on the Great Western Lines between London, Plymouth, the Midlands and North to Penzance. The occasional Voyager on Cross Country services, 158 on more local services and 800's on Plymouth and the 801's/802's on the London Paddington services. The appearance of the new Class 175's were an interesting sight. The station itself has changed little since when I first visited back in the early 1970s, apart from the semaphore's have long gone.
Activity on the Bodmin Railway was in the form of from what I captured on film, The 'Bubblecar' Single railcar 121020, 31210, 33012 and 47306.
